Roger W. Nutter, member of the American Association of Healthcare Consultants and the American College of Healthcare Executives, has spent thirty-four years helping people in the health-care profession. Roger is academically prepared with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Counseling and Guidance. In 1981, he began consulting and successfully served clients for two nationally recognized leaders in healthcare executive search. Roger’s experience in the primary areas of executive search and administrative and management recruitment enable him to interface with professionals in all disciplines of health-care management.
Roger’s earlier career was in human resources management in a community teaching hospital. In 1981, he founded and directed a regional healthcare management company specializing in physician and healthcare management recruitment. He started his own healthcare executive search business in 1988, choosing Cincinnati as the headquarters.
A member of the American Association of Healthcare Consultants, Roger received the Chester A. Minkalis Service Award in 1993, awarded by his peers for his contribution to the consulting profession. Roger served as Treasurer for the 1995-1996 AAHC Board of Directors. He is also a member of the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration, Catholic Health Association and other regional professional organizations. Roger has published his views on healthcare executive search issues and is sought after to address healthcare professional leadership.
